I learned very quickly, that this truck was to be honored! He said, she has to be willing to marry me and the truck. So, we had a lot of fun using the truck as a prop and watched Chris show this truck some true love. Then we moved past his truck baby and that is where I saw what he truly loves.

Cathie, thankfully, is his true love. He could not keep his hands off of his soon to be wife!

There was no looking off in the distance for him, he had much better things to look at!

There was also no such thing as a soft kiss for a picture. He couldn’t help him self! Which is why I had to show off this picture which was taken right before the “soft kiss”!

Even when they were around his truck, he really did have his eyes on her! This is a fun moment after he whispered something in her ear that I dare not ask!

Even when I was trying to get a picture of just her, he couldn’t help but to sneak in for a quick kiss!

Of course when I was trying to get a picture of just him, she had to take the picture from him! These two are so much fun!!

As you can see here, I did get the picture of just him, but he still is looking at his bride only!

Aren’t they a gorgeous couple though!!

Of course they have a beautiful ring to match!

We had a really good time at their engagement session and I simply cannot wait until their wedding!!! I cant imagine the amount of love that will be in Chris’s eyes when he sees Cathie in her wedding dress! Congratulations you two!!!

Me being me, I said, “Can we please do this again?!”  They happily agreed since I’m awesome to hang out with of course!

We met at Tradition Square again and got started on round 2! I loved this brick area from the last session so we were sure to get right to it!

An engagement session, a wedding, marriage….its all about her right! That’s what I always tell the grooms and most of them already know that! But here is a picture that’s all about him! How handsome is he!

These two are so perfect! They have such a strong, easy going love for each other!

I was taking this picture and I just had to stop for a minute to say, he really loves you Brittnay! Apparently she already knew that!

On our way to the proposal spot we had to stop on this adorable bridge.

Then we arrived and I asked AJ how he proposed. He brought Brittnay there to walk just like they always did. He had family members there and his friend playing the guitar. As they approached the gazebo the guitar music started and Brittnay was confused as to why everyone was there. Then he got down on one knee and said a few things and she said yes!! How sweet is that! I just loved their story so I said, “Oh that’s so sweet, go do it again!”

We ended the day at the town hall as it got dark. I cant wait to see them get married! Congratulations on finding something so special within each other!

Meet Amanda and Brian! These two are so amazing and I instantly fell in love with them!! I knew the minute I met them that I would love working with them. They are super fun and easy going. I had the please of doing their engagement photography!

They are having a vintage wedding, decorated by Kathy Peterson Inspired and coordinated by Venues by Valerie, at The Mansion at Tuckahoe in Jensen Beach, Florida!

So, we met there for their engagement ssession and this venue is amazing!

We ventured to every area of this property and it did not disappoint. They have this beautiful bricked round about…

This patio area with an amazing view…

These grassy steps..

And spiral stair cases…

These two had so much fun dancing, kissing and just purely loving each other.

And dancing some more…

They practiced their first kiss in the exact spot their first kiss will happen! Capturing their engagement photos at their wedding venue was a great idea!

She even got him on his tippy toes!

Every time Brian’s job was to simply look at Amanda, I could tell that he enjoyed nothing more than watching her smile.

They have been together for 9 yrs and they still have that glowing light around them that tells everyone how happy they are to be with each other.

Their wedding is going to be absolutely amazing with attention to each precious detail! I am so excited to be their wedding photographer!

Congratulations Amanda and Brian, I cant wait to watch you seal your happiness next year!

Meet Brittnay and AJ! These two were so much fun. Im not sure I have ever laughed at a photo shoot as much as I did with these two.

The start of this shoot was…..challenged. The sun was way to bright! After this session I am officially starting photo sessions an hour later. Seriously, since when does the sun go down at 8:20 pm!

Where we planned to start was occupied by another photographer, so we started on this lovely walkway….

We made our way over to a bench and took a few shots as we awaited our turn under the gazebo where another photographer was taking pictures of an adorable little girl!

We made our way into the gazebo. Its such a nice place, I almost wanted to make them dance in the center of this stage!

We then made our way over to look at the fountain. Honestly, I think we were mostly walking around wasting time waiting for the sun to get tired!

Then came this brick road…looks peaceful right! Well, this was fun to say the least. When I was canvasing the area earlier, there was not ever one car on this road. Now that we were here, we got in about 3 shots at a time before almost getting ran over. It reminded me of “Wayne’s World”, Game on! Game off! Game on! This was hilarious, but they were great sports and allowed me to get this beautiful shot!

At this point we are really having fun! They were relaxed and enjoying the shade under this really neat brick building.

It was time to get a ring shot. I still had this idea that they should have been dancing in the gazbo so I may have tricked them into a dance pose before actually getting the ring!!

Then I actually got the ring shot! Which is beautiful because that ring is amazing!

I cannot wait to see this lovely lady as a bride!!

It was hot, it was bright, we were tired. But, nothing stopped their love from glowing in each and every picture!

Congratulations Brittnay and AJ, I cant wait for your wedding!!

I met this family in a great wooded area. There were so many pretty things around I was sure to capture a good amount of the background in many of their pictures. We started at the lake with the whole family. These kids loved the camera!

Seriously, how sweet are these kids!

Tabitha and Daniel met on New Years Eve and formed a great friendship and partnership.

Daniel had a daughter and Tabitha had a son, and although their kids might not enjoy watching them kiss, this is really meant to be. They were brought together to be a perfect family.

They have decided to make it official in December this year! It will be a beautiful Christmas themed wedding with silver, red and black accents.

Daniel found me this flower to put this beautiful ring on!

Then he presented one to his bride…

And like father like son….he felt the need to do the same! This was Actually going on behind me! So stinking cute!

Then we walked down the pathway. Yes, they just naturally walk like this  of course! (Just Kidding)

We ended up under this amazing tree with this moss hanging down and I just had to capture it!

On the way back to the car I did what I always do and stopped the for “one last” pose! If you have ever been on a photo shoot with me you know the last pose doesn’t come until we are in our cars!

Then we sealed this engagement session with kiss just like they will seal their marriage in December.

Meet Kayla and Joey! Kayla sent me down a long road in the middle of no where to her perfect location. First thing I have to talk about is this bridge. I drove up to this bridge, stopped and said a prayer before moving on! Seriously, this is a wooden bridge patched with wood!

Once I got past that I looked around and she was right, this was her perfect location for her engagement pictures! They have chosen a very country theme and this location was country! There was beautiful wood everywhere and they brought bullets for their ring shot, a wagon wheel for a prop and an old truck to lay on! My favorite thing about Kayla was her ideas! I love a client with her own ideas! Notice I say her because its usually not him with the ideas!

We started on the old bridge, that I was just as scared to walk on as I was to drive on! There I captured this amazing moment! Oh the peace she feels next to him!

Then we moved over to this dirt path where we had some fun letting Kayla drag Joey around! I felt like she was being a little nice. She didn’t do much dragging!

Then Kayla told me about this little cut off, so we went there. We found this tree with this beautiful moss hanging down so we put the wagon wheel in the back and captured some beautiful moments here! I mean, seriously, the wagon wheel looks like it was there the whole time!

Then Joey pulled the truck around and helped his bride onto the hood for this fun moment! Love the creativity of this engagement shot!

Then, we thought we were sealing the session with this beautiful kiss…..

But, we got surprise visitors on our way out! Three matinees were just hanging out by the bridge. What a great ending to this Engagement Session!

Congratulations Kayla and Joey on your engagement. I cant wait for wedding!
